UX Design
A fresh design for an outdated and user-frustrating site. Stakeholders were concerned about the library website ease of use and certain feature findability.
I headed the UX research from initial pain points to user interviews and lit search. Created the site architecture and tested with tree testing and first click optimization. From this analysis I synthesized my findings to create two rounds of wireframes and lo-fidelity prototype.
The project is at a standstill for now, but once time allows, more user testing will be done on the current prototype and transition to XR prototypes will begin.
